Live means you can connect an account today. Beta means the adapter runs in production accounts while coverage and reliability work continues. In development means the adapter is being built and cannot be connected yet.
Connect an account today. New messages arrive from that point, and past conversations arrive separately from an archive you upload.

CommunicationOS tells you which routes a network has before you start. Connecting an account brings new messages in from that moment, and it never reaches back. Earlier conversations come from an archive you upload, or from a migration off the shared inbox you are leaving.
Connect an account
Connect a business account or an account your team already uses. New messages arrive in the shared inbox from that moment, and the account keeps working where the people writing to it already are.
Upload your own archive
If the network provides an account archive you can request, upload the file. Those earlier conversations join the same index and the same search as the new ones.
Migrate off a shared inbox
CommunicationOS migrates from 12 tools: Trengo, Front, Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, Missive, Crisp, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Twilio Flex, Gmail and Outlook, and the WhatsApp Business API.
A network that is not on this page
Enterprise accounts can ask for a network CommunicationOS does not list. A custom connector uses the same message fields and the same inbox controls as the supported networks.
Connect a live account and new messages arrive at once. Upload the archive a network gives you to add the years before that. Unlimited teammates and unlimited conversations on every plan.
