Prices are agreed in WhatsApp voice notes. Each note is transcribed into the thread, so the figure that was spoken can be found by searching the conversation.
How customers use CommunicationOS
Four workflows from companies running on the platform, described in our own words. Each one names the channels it connected and what the inbox does with them.
A spoken price becomes a searchable line
Polished diamond trading
Broker history that belongs to the desk
Rough diamond trading
One queue across several European markets
Mobile telecommunications
The shipment chat, kept as a record
High-value freight logistics
The situation
Brokers agree prices in WhatsApp voice notes, in Dutch, English, and Gujarati. Weeks later a buyer reads the same conversation differently, and the recording sits on a personal handset with nothing written down beside it.
What they connected
They linked their broker WhatsApp accounts to the shared workspace and its search index.
What the inbox does with it
Each voice note is transcribed into the thread it arrived in. The figure that was spoken is now text, so the desk searches the conversation instead of scrubbing through audio.
Broker history that belongs to the desk
Hoveniers Diamond Exchange
Brokers work in WhatsApp and Signal voice memos. Imported audio joins the same index as new messages, so a specification given by voice reads as text.
The situation
Deal terms live in voice memos on WhatsApp and Signal. When a broker leaves for another firm, the supplier relationships and the pricing context leave inside a personal SIM.
What they connected
The operations team linked the WhatsApp and Signal accounts used across the brokerage floor.
What the inbox does with it
Imported audio joins the same index as new messages, and the threads stay with the workspace. A colleague taking over an account reads the history instead of rebuilding it.
One queue across several European markets
Lebara Mobile Group
Support conversations from several European markets arrive in one shared inbox. The assignee and the internal notes stay with a thread as it moves between departments.
The situation
Subscriber support arrives on WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, and email, in several languages, from several countries. Their previous desk billed by the conversation, so a network incident raised the software bill at the worst moment.
What they connected
They routed WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, email, and Microsoft Teams through the platform.
What the inbox does with it
Pricing follows the connected accounts, so a volume spike adds no per-conversation fee. The assignee and the internal notes stay on a thread as it passes between departments.
The shipment chat, kept as a record
Meir Secure Logistics, Antwerp
Transport updates arrive on Telegram and WhatsApp. Both feed one thread for each shipment, with the audit log beside it when a delivery is disputed.
The situation
Each consignment runs in a temporary group chat with drivers, customs brokers, and handlers. A participant can delete a message after the fact, and a disputed delivery then has no timestamp to argue from.
What they connected
They connected their Telegram and WhatsApp operations chats into the compliance archive.
What the inbox does with it
Both networks feed one thread per shipment, with the audit log beside it. Deletion events are retained where the network supplies them and the workspace privacy policy permits it.
