Draft replies in your writing style
The model studies messages you have sent and learns the wording you use. It prepares a reply with the current thread as context.
Three stages, and you control each one
You choose the messages the profile is built from, the profile records how you write, and a draft waits in the composer until you send it.
Choose the source messages
Select the accounts and date range that contain your own replies.
Build the writing profile
The profile records your usual wording, sentence length, greeting habits and sign-offs.
Review each draft
Edit the reply in the thread, then send it when you are ready.
Compare drafts from three writing profiles
Each draft below answers the same message. Under each one are the messages that person had already sent, which is where the wording came from.

PersonaLearn does not send a message without a person pressing send. To see what it would have written across 500 past conversations, run shadow mode first.
Shadow modeWhat the profile is built from
PersonaLearn works from messages you sent. It does not read what your colleagues wrote, and it does not read the messages other people sent to you.
What the profile reads
Messages you have sent
Your punctuation and capitalisation
How you write numbers, such as 50k against 50,000
Your usual greetings and sign-offs
What the profile does not read
Messages your colleagues sent
Internal team notes and private comments
Messages other people sent to you
Attached contracts and statements
What you control about the profile
The profile belongs to your own account. You choose the messages it is built from, and you can delete it or turn drafting off in your own settings.
One profile per person
Each person builds their own writing profile from their own sent messages.
You choose the source
The profile is built from the accounts and the date range you select, and from nothing else.
Admin boundary
A workspace admin turns the feature on or off for the workspace.
Delete the profile
Delete your writing profile from settings and drafting stops.
On Enterprise the model runs inside your own deployment with your own keys.
Security detailDelete the profile or turn drafting off
Both controls sit in your own settings. Turning drafting off stops the composer producing drafts, and deleting the profile starts its removal under the published deletion schedule.
Drafting stops
The composer stops producing drafts as soon as you turn the setting off.
The profile is deleted
Your writing profile is removed from the workspace rather than kept in reserve.
Clean restart
Turning it back on builds a fresh profile from the messages you choose.
