CommunicationOS

The archive layer for business chat

Wholesale trade and logistics run on consumer messaging apps. We build the storage, the search index and the AI layer that makes that communication durable.

Base

The conversational record

Commercial transactions moved off corporate email and onto WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal. In diamond brokerage, maritime logistics and European wholesale distribution, terms are agreed and settled inside chat threads and voice memos.

The software built for that traffic was designed for website chat widgets and per-ticket email. The comparison pages carry the current published pricing and terms for each vendor, read on a stated date. What none of them answers is a searchable system of record across approved business and account connection routes.

We sell the unmetered version of that infrastructure. Channel adapters plus a durable index, starting where a lost message turns into a direct financial loss, which is the Antwerp diamond trade.

Where we sell today

Diamond and luxury trade

Antwerp houses agreeing prices in voice notes, where the record decides a dispute.

Logistics and freight

A group chat per shipment, with an audit export an insurer can review.

Telecom

Subscriber support across markets and languages, priced per account.

Developers building on the SDK

Teams putting inbox primitives underneath their own product or agent.

Private beta. Revenue, pipeline and supporting records are available during diligence.

Why this gets harder to copy

The integration surface compounds

Adapters, the normalised schema other systems are built against, the agent credentials already wired into a workflow and the drafting profiles a team has trained all keep their value after the raw archive is exported, because the customer keeps the archive on request.

A common adapter schema

Adapters for 10 live and 5 beta networks share a common schema, with 4 more in development. Each network carries its own connection model, its own limits and its own release schedule.

The SDK goes underneath

An MIT SDK and MCP servers put us beneath other people's products, where the integration is done by their agent and the data still lands in our index.

Where the money goes

  • Grow the engineering team that maintains protocol adapters and the streaming layer.
  • Put sales and support coverage into the European wholesale trading hubs.
  • Finish the independent SOC 2 Type II audit and start ISO 27001.
  • Expand dedicated infrastructure across European data centres for residency.

Getting in touch

Institutional investors can reach Ben Auerbach directly to go through the operating model, the pilot contracts and the retention data.

Look at the product first

The quickest way to understand the company is to watch someone search an old voice note by topic and open the thread it came from.

No card required. We reply with an onboarding slot and a connection guide.
