If Trengo's AI handles 8,000 of those conversations, the annual surcharge adds 8,000 × €0.25 = €2,000 on top of the €6,288. The $790 assumes indexed storage stays inside Team's 10 GB allowance; storage above the allowance is billed on top.

How does Trengo count a conversation?
Trengo defines a conversation as any reply to a message within a seven day window. Once seven days pass, a new reply from that same customer starts another billable conversation. Past your annual allowance, extra conversations cost €15 per 100 on annual billing and €18 per 100 on monthly billing.
How much does Trengo charge for AI?
Trengo adds a surcharge of €0.25 on annual plans or €0.30 on monthly plans for every conversation that touches their AI. We include spam filtering, thread summaries and draft replies on our standard plans without per-message fees.
Which channels does Trengo support compared to CommunicationOS?
Trengo supports email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, voice and live chat. CommunicationOS has nineteen networks in scope and adds Telegram, Signal, Discord, Slack, X, iMessage, Reddit, TikTok, Teams and LinkedIn. Ten of the nineteen are live, five run in beta, and four are in development, including WeChat, LINE and Viber. The channels page lists which is which.
What do extra seats cost on Trengo?
Trengo includes 10 users on Boost and 20 on Pro. Adding another user costs €25 to €30 a month on Boost, or €40 to €50 a month on Pro. CommunicationOS carries unlimited teammates on every plan.
