CommunicationOS

Know what needs your attention

CommunicationOS reads incoming messages and prepares the useful parts before you open a thread. You see a short summary and the work waiting for you.

Eight instruments on the incoming message

Each instrument does one job on a message as it arrives. Together they work out what is waiting for a reply, catch a promise made to a client, and clear the rest out of the queue.

Spam shield

Moves phishing and unwanted sales messages out of the inbox.

Noise filter

Filters login codes and routine group chatter from the main queue.

Thread summaries

Turns a long conversation into a short recap when you open it.

Commitment tracking

Keeps dates and promises beside the messages they came from.

Follow-up watch

Lists the people waiting for a reply and flags contacts whose response pattern has changed.

Voice notes and files

Transcribes voice notes and reads text from images or documents.

Translation

Translates a thread and drafts the response in the contact's language.

Group digests

Builds one scheduled digest from the group chats you choose.

Draft replies in your writing style

The model reads messages you have already sent and proposes a reply that matches your wording and your punctuation.

Smart reply

Three reply options built from the thread in front of you and the earlier conversations with the same person.

Inline autocomplete

Suggests the rest of the sentence as you type. Press Tab to accept it or keep typing to ignore it.

Voice reply

Speak your answer into the app and the engine turns the recording into a written message.

Live translation

Read an incoming message in your own language and reply in theirs.

Translation inside the thread

A client writes in Spanish, you read English, you answer in English, and the reply goes out in Spanish. The thread keeps the original message and the translation side by side.

Received, Spanish

¿Ya está la nueva fecha de lanzamiento en la web?

“Is the new launch date on the site yet?”

Sent, English to Spanish

“Yes, it went live this morning.”

Sí, se publicó esta mañana.

PersonaLearn builds a writing profile from the messages you have sent and drafts a whole reply from it. PersonaLearn has its own page and its own privacy rules.

How PersonaLearn works

Read the text inside an incoming file

People send a photograph of a document rather than a clean PDF. The media engine reads the text out of the image and puts it in the index, so the invoice number or the date in the picture is searchable later.

Invoices and orders

Reads the line items, the total and the payment date out of an attached invoice.

Screenshots

Reads the text in a screen grab, so an error message a client sends becomes searchable.

Scanned documents

Reads a photographed contract page or signed form and indexes what it says.

Voice notes

Transcribes a voice note recorded in a noisy place and keeps the audio beside the text.

Test the AI on 500 past conversations

Shadow mode replays your recent history and shows the draft or action the model would have chosen. Review those results before giving the model permission to send.

Pick the history

Select 500 closed conversations from the accounts you have connected.

Run the replay

The engine reads every incoming turn and records the draft or action it would have chosen.

Read the results

Compare each proposed draft against what your team sent.

Grant send access

Send permission stays off during the replay. You turn it on when you have read the output.

Replay, 500 conversations

Send permission stays off during the replay.

Each proposed draft sits beside the message your team sent, in the thread it came from. The results are your own conversations, so what you read is what the model would have done on your work.

Turn send permission on for one network at a time when you are satisfied, and turn it off again from the same screen.

What you control about AI processing

Each instrument is switched on per workspace. Turn one off and the messages it would have read are not sent for that task.

Separate storage per workspace

Your workspace is separated at the database level and is not combined with another company's records.

Your own provider keys

Bring your own provider keys so inference runs under your own agreements with the model provider.

Send permission is yours to grant

The engine drafts and proposes. Nothing leaves the workspace until you turn send permission on, and you can turn it off again.

Drafting has an off switch

Turn drafting off in settings and the composer stops producing drafts. The writing profile goes with it.

Retention you set

Set a deletion schedule for each network in the compliance settings, and put a legal hold on the threads that must stay.

Where the models run

Inference uses the region and deployment defined in your plan and current provider agreement. On Enterprise the encryption keys stay in your own custody.

Security detail

Run triage on the networks you connect

Start with a shadow run over 500 past conversations. Read the output before the model is allowed to send anything.

No card required. We reply with an onboarding slot and a connection guide.
