What you will do
- Sit with customers in Antwerp and bring their operational feedback back to the team.
- Write the specifications for the shared inbox, triage rules and extraction tools.
- Coordinate releases across the macOS, iOS, Android and web clients.
- Read usage data and take the friction out of daily work.
- Shape the ergonomics of the MIT SDK.
What we look for
- Four years or more on B2B software, developer tooling or productivity products.
- Technical literacy to read an API schema and run your own queries.
- Experience designing dense, keyboard-first workflows.
- A record of shipping quickly without scope inflation.
- Fluent English and strong written documentation.
Nice to have
- Dutch or French.
- Background in wholesale trade, logistics or telecom support.
